All of us have surely tried the basic instant Maggie recipe and are bored of the same taste.

Here I would like to introduce you to easy, sumptuous, mouth-watering, lip-smacking, fiery, innovative, quick Maggie recipes.

The names of these recipes might be a bit complicated but the recipes are easy and quick, at the same time have a burst of flavours.

All the ingredients used in the Maggie recipes will be easily available in households. So try out these exquisite Maggie recipes during this wonderful monsoon weather to spice up your taste buds. Let’s get started now.

1. Paneer Tikka Masala Maggie

Ingredients required:-

  • 2 packs of Maggie noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp amchoor
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 250gms cottage cheese or paneer cubed
  • 450ml milk
  • 1 Cup processed cheese
  • A handful of chopped coriander leaves

Procedure:-

Take a vessel and add 250ml water, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp olive oil.

Bring the water to a boil and add 2 packs of Maggie. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Turn of the flame. Strain the water using a strainer and add a cup of cold water on the Maggie to stop the cooking process.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the noodles so that they don’t stick to each other. Take a pan and add 2 tsp of butter and let it melt.

As soon as the butter melts add finely chopped onions and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a minute. Add the chopped capsicum, red bell pepper and pureed tomato.

Saute it and then add the dry ingredients starting with coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder, oregano, chilli flakes, garam masala and salt to taste.

Mix all the dry ingredients with the sauce. Add the cubed paneer to the sauce and sauté it for a minute. Add 450ml milk and 1 cup processed cheese to the sauce.

Once the sauce turns creamy and thick, ads the boiled Maggie to the paneer Tikka masala cheese sauce. Serve hot with fresh coriander leaves.

2. Cheesy Peri Peri Maggie

Ingredients required:-

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 packs of Maggie
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 packets Maggie Masala
  • 1 tsp Peri-Peri powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:-

In a plastic box add 1 tsp salt, red chilli powder, oregano, ginger powder, garlic powder, cinnamon powder, powdered sugar and shake it well. The peri-peri powder is ready. Keep it aside.

Now take a pan and add 2 cups of water bring it to a boil and add 2 packs of Maggie along with Maggie Masala powder. Stir it well.

After 2-3 minutes, when the Maggie is well cooked add 1 tsp of Peri-Peri masala, chilli flakes and cheese as per your taste.

When the cheese melts, turn off the flame. Serve the cheesy Peri-Peri masala Maggie topped with grated cheese, Peri-Peri masala and coriander leaves.

3. Maggie Chowmein

Ingredients required:-

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 packs of Maggie
  • 2 packets of Maggie Masala
  • 3 tablespoons of spring onion greens
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups of water

Procedure:-

Add 4 cups of water in a pan and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and 2 packs of Maggie.

Cook until half has done. Add one cup of cold water to the half-cooked Maggie to stop the cooking process further.

Take a pan to add 1 tsp of oil, 1 cup of onions, and 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. When the onions turn transparent, add shredded cabbage, carrots and capsicum.

Sauté it for 2 minutes. Now add a tablespoon of vinegar, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and salt to taste. Mix it well. Add the cooked Maggie and coat it well with the sauce.

When the Maggie is well coated with the sauce, turn off the flame. Serve the piping hot Maggie Chowmein garnished with a handful of spring onion greens.

4. Anda Masala Maggie

Ingredients required:-

  • 1 medium-sized chopped onion
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 minced green chillies
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 packs of Maggi noodle
  • 2 packets of Maggie Masala
  • 3 boiled diced eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander

Procedure:-

Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add a tsp of cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then add chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 minced green chillies and sauté well on a low flame.

When the onion turns transparent after 2-3 minutes, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Now add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and Maggie Masala powder. When is masala is sautéed well add 2 cups of water and 2 packets of Maggie.

Cook it until Maggie is 90% cooked. Now add the diced eggs and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Serve the piping hot Anda Masala Maggie with a handful of chopped coriander leaves.

5. Grilled Barbeque Chicken Maggie

Ingredients required:-

  • 2 tablespoon of barbeque sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup sliced bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 packs of Maggie
  • 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Spring onion greens
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

Procedure:-

In a bowl add the boneless chicken pieces, barbeque sauce a pinch of salt and marinate it for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes of marination grill, the chicken pieces with the help of a griller and apply butter using a brush.

Take a pan to add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the oil is heated add sliced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and the minced garlic. Sauté it for 2 minutes.

Add schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce and salt to taste. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 2 packs of Maggie. When the Maggie is cooked add rosemary, chilli flakes, oregano and pepper powder.

Now add the grilled chicken and cook it for not more than a minute. Turn off the flame. Garnish it with a handful of spring onion greens.
